The warrah became extinct in 1876. It lived on the Falkland Islands. Other names include Falkland Islands Wolf, Falkland Islands Fox, Falkland Islands Dog, Antartic wolf, Malvinas wolf, Malvinas Fox and Falklands Wolf. The Latin name is Dusicyon australis.
The warrah was the only land mammal native to the Falkland Islands. It is a mystery how it got there.
